I began Centre Street Associates, Inc. (www.cstreetsearch.com) about five years ago, and provide services that include: contingency and retained recruiting, candidate sourcing, candidate screening, candidate database mining.

Unlike some recruiters, I have an extensive database of contacts that include a wide range of industries and functional expertise. Clients range from the largest of the pharmaceutical companies to small start-ups. I have dealt with searches for everything from drug discover research scientists, to internal auditors with SOX experience, to electrical engineers with analog circuit design for a very well known and respected consumer electronics company.

I truly enjoy speaking with people, learning about the needs of my clients, and, in a respectful and ethical fashion, finding the "best fit" candidates. In some instances, I have addeded value to the HR function of a company by serving as an independent consultant to bolster their own ongoing recruiting efforts through database mining, candidate sourcing, screening, and reference checking on an hourly basis.
